Why they came to us

Hadley Property Group is a privately owned company that oversees the development of commercial and private ventures in a variety of locations across the UK.

Hadley Property Group needed to re-organise the structure of their business and as a result began strengthening their operations in different fields of property development. They also wanted to evolve their brand to be more illustrative of current and future corporate activity. This resulted in a re-brand of the original firm, Hadley Homes.

As part of the re-brand launch, Hadley Property Group briefed JP74 to design and build a new website to reflect the new brand look and feel as well as detailing the different areas of company operation.

How we went about it

We worked closely with the new Hadley Property Group brand guidelines and applied these to how they would work best for the new Hadley website.

Our objective was to provide Hadley with a website that could be updated with new properties as they became available.

What we delivered

We designed and built the new-look website using the brand guideline as well as our own CMS system—JPCMS—so that the Hadley website was easily updatable.

The home page uses an indulgent image that showcases the latest Hadley flagship development and we designed a bespoke template for each property that showed-off each development.
