D&AD Awards 2009

Why they came to us

Best known for its annual creative awards, D&AD is an educational charity that represents the global design and advertising industries. As such, keeping in touch with its thousands of members all over the world is a very high priority. D&AD were already using an email marketing tool when we first began talks, but they were very keen to raise their game, and improve the return on their investment.

How we went about it

Monito is the name of JP74’s very own web-based marketing tool it has been developed and refined over a six year period to make it easy to create email campaigns, and accurately track their effectiveness.

We provided the D&AD team with thorough hands-on training, to ensure they could make the most of Monito’s capabilities from day one

What we delivered

D&AD are now using their Monito account for all their email marketing activity, which includes multiple campaigns to their worldwide database of 50,000 members, prospects and stakeholders.

As well as increasing the response rate, the reporting has proved hugely valuable.

They can provide marketing teams throughout their organisation with information to target their activities more effectively.
